Three linked comma-delimited files holding camera-trap data from De Hoge Veluwe National Park, used by code in HogeVeluwe_analysis.R (https://zenodo.org/records/18991372): observations.csv: animal observations, with fields: deploymentID: deployment ID unique to each location stratumID: stratum ID matched with this field in strata table scientificName: latin binomial species name time: radian time of day of observation strata.csv: stratum data, with fields: stratumID: stratum ID (combination of habitat and type) habitat: habitat type type: whether visitor access or refuge species: species to which the area applies area: stratum area in square km effort: camera effort in days species_names.csv: names of all species present in the observations table, with fields: spp: latin binomial name spp_common: implified common English name In the strata table, areas differ slightly between species because small parts of the study site were accessible to some species but not others. These files will become publicly available after embargo in 2027. They represent a subset of a larger, actively growing data set held in www.agouti.eu.
