The profile of Arabidopsis small RNAs that are presented in purified B. cinerea protoplasts from the infected tissues, extracellular vesicles and Arabidopsis leaves.

B. cinerea protoplasts were purified from infected 4-week-old Arabidopsis leaves. Plant extracellular vesicles were isolated and purification by differential ultracentrifugation from apoplastic fluids of 4-week-old Arabidopsis leaves. RNAs was extracted using the Trizol method. Small RNA fraction of 18-40 nucleotides was isolated by 14 % 8 M Urea PAGE. The sRNA libraries were made using Illumina TruSeq Small RNA Sample Prep Kits and sequenced by Illumina sRNA-seq system.
