Establishing a mouse model of neurocognitive defects associated with craniosynostosis using biomaterials and Gli1+ MSC

Craniosynostosis is a congenital craniofacial disorder caused by the premature fusion of cranial sutures. This study investigates how the reprogramming of progenitor cells regenerates the cranial suture to restore skull and neurocognitive function in clinically relevant animal models of craniosynostosis.
