The 3D Topography of Mitotic Chromosomes

These images correspond to the Figures and Supplemental Information Figures for a paper of this name to be published in Molecular Cell. These images were collected from Zeiss microscopes (Airyscan and SIM) in ".czi" format. Those ".czi" pictures were opened with Image J(Fiji). The pictures or cropped versions of the pictures were saved into tif format (using the default setting: 16-bit type). Images were then transferred to ppt files using the "Insert->Picture" function.
