Structure of the buyer profile declaration file

The declaration of the buyer profile is made by the buyer or any person authorised by him on the single inter-ministerial portal (data.gouv.fr) intended to collect and make freely available all public information. The aim is to involve publishers of buyer profiles in order to simplify and streamline the declaration of buyer profiles initially entrusted to public buyers. Buyer profile editors are invited to create an account on the data.gouv.fr platform in order to publish in.CSV format a file containing the following information: — buyer’s SIRET (column ‘siretbuyer’) — the URL address of buyer profiles (column ‘urlProfil Buyer’) — the URL address of the DCAT catalogue that repeats the data (column ‘urlDCAT’) — contact details of the purchaser(s) concerned (column ‘coordinates’) For each published sheet it is essential to associate the following keyword (“tag”): “DECP” (essential data of public order) in order to allow the centralisation of all contributions by Etalab.
