根据树木年轮学的方法,采集祁连山东部和中部的青海云杉树轮样芯。将野外采集的样芯按照树轮样品在实验室处理的基本步骤进行固定、打磨及初步的交叉定年。利用Velmex宽度测量仪在0.001 mm的水平上测定树轮宽度,然后用CHFECHA和TASP程序进行交叉定年和测量结果的检验,以保证定年的准确性。利用ARSTAN 程序的负指数函数或线性函数进行去趋势,对于拟合效果较差的样芯,采用步长为序列长度67%的样条函数拟合,并建立了各样方的树轮宽度年表。

Using dendrochronological methods, tree-ring cores of *Picea crassifolia* were collected from the eastern and central Qilian Mountains. Field-collected cores were fixed, sanded, and subjected to preliminary cross-dating following the standard laboratory processing procedures for tree-ring samples. Tree-ring widths were measured using a Velmex width measuring instrument at a resolution of 0.001 mm. Subsequently, the CHFECHA and TASP programs were employed to conduct cross-dating and verify the measurement results, ensuring the accuracy of dating. Detrending was performed using either the negative exponential function or linear function implemented in the ARSTAN program. For cores with poor fitting results, spline fitting with a window size equal to 67% of the series length was adopted. Finally, tree-ring width chronologies for each plot were established.
