This is a register of patient discharges from Mort's Dock Ward up until 20 January 1990 and John Beasley Ward from 21 January 1990. Both wards opened at Balmain Hospital in 1943. (1)For each patient, the following information is recorded: name and whether Hospital (public) or Private, admission and discharge dates, address, diagnosis, phone number, doctor (VMO) and medical record number.Endnote1.
