For each step (1st column), the results are separately given for the reconfiguration of the forward (first row), backward (2nd row) and simultaneous (3rd row) passages between the two endpoints. (b)Lowest frequency modes that exhibit a correlation cosine of >0.1 with d(0) are selected. Note that these are all confined to the lowest frequency six ANM modes (see listed mode numbers).
