In addition, over-local planning — defined land uses (e.g. federal roads, railways, airfields) and restrictions of use (e.g. supply lines, water protection and sanitation areas, protected areas for roads) are to be shown in the plan. The building land is divided into different categories of dedication (residential area, core area, industrial development area, etc.), as well as grassland (agriculture and forestry, grassland, recreational areas, small gardens, cemetery, etc.) and traffic areas (flowing traffic, dormant traffic).
