Map visualisation service (WMS) of the dataset: Areas sensitive to eutrophication in Provence Alpes Côte d’Azur

Eutrophication is a singular but natural form of pollution of certain aquatic ecosystems that occurs when the environment receives too much nutrient assimilable by algae and they proliferate. The main nutrients behind this phenomenon are phosphorus (contained in phosphates) and nitrogen (content in ammonium, nitrates, and nitrites).
