Result from the frequency analysis showing the strains in the 95th and 5th percentile of individual measurements of specific product yield in each temperature and strain background. To determine which strains were enriched among the highest and lowest values of specific product yield, we conducted a frequency analysis for each strain background, separately for each temperature. Frequency represents the absolute count of measurements from the strain inside the percentile and the relative frequency is the frequency normalized to the total count of measurements in the percentile. P values were calculated with Wilcoxon signed rank test using the respective background strain measurements in the same temperature as the reference.
