Here we resequenced 78 modern + 22 historical Atlantic puffins (Fratercula arctica) across 13 colonies, which represents the majority of the species’ breeding range. This sequencing data was used for published manuscripts surrounding genome-wide analyses of population structure, gene flow and evolution of this threatened, pelagic, North Atlantic seabird.
