Megastructure Design and Image Dataset Accompanying the Preprint "A computational framework for designing micron-scale crisscross DNA megastructures"
收藏资源简介:
This dataset contains all the designs, electron micoscopy images and analyses used for our paper entitled 'A computational framework for designing micron-scale crisscross DNA megastructures' which has been submitted for peer-review. This dataset also acts as the accompaniment for our software, #-CAD, which can be downloaded from https://github.com/mattaq31/Hash-CAD or accessed directly at https://www.hash-cad.com. Link to paper coming soon. The dataset is split according to each figure in the main paper: The figure 4 folder contains the design file and exemplary microscope images for each different megastructure shown. The figure 5 folder contains the designs, original microscopy data and particle counting results used for the figure data. The figure 6 folder contains the designs, original microscopy data and particle counting results used for the figure data. The figure 7 folder contains the zigzag design, original microscopy data and particle counting results used for the figure data. The ext fig 1 folder contains the original microscopy data and particle counting results used for the figure data. The ext fig 2/3 folder contains the results of all the runs used to test the different hyperparameters of the evolutionary algorithm.
