Code and model weights for "Critical evaluation of the theory and practice of feed-forward neural networks for genomic prediction"

These files are code and trained neural network weights associated with "Critical evaluation of the theory and practice of feed-forward neural networks for genomic prediction" (G3: Genes, Genomes, Genetics). The code archive is a stable snapshot of all code required to reproduce the analyses in the paper. Code is also available at the linked GitHub repository. Code is licensed under GNU GPLv3.0. The model archive contains all hyperparameter optimization information and trained model weights for all neural networks described in the paper. Models are licensed under CC BY 4.0.
