This folder contains all the novel code and processed data to reproduce the results of the manuscript Social cues from neighbouring patches influence patch dynamics in a spatially structured population of a colonial bird: data: processed data to describe the dynamics of the study system (".csv" files) and to run the patch occupancy and growth models (".rda" files). The text files named "metadata" describe the structure of the corresponding data files. R: codes to get some statistical description of the dynamics of the study system, run the patch occupancy and growth models, and plot the figures. output: outputs of the patch occupancy and growth models used in the manuscript. figures: figures generated by the R codes and reported in the manuscript.
