Investment in adult eLearning programs in Russia was forecast to drop to 30 million U.S. dollars in 2022, by 80 percent compared to the previous year. The segment was negatively impacted by the war in Ukraine, as businesses and individual consumers in Russia were expected to spend less money on supplementary education.
