The source region of the Yellow River (SRYR) is located in the east of the Tibetan Plateau, accounting for 16.4% of the basin area and 38% of the runoff of the Yellow River basin, is the most important water conservation region of the Yellow River basin. Ngoring Lake is the largest freshwater lake on the SRYR. Since 2010, the Zoige Plateau Wetland Ecosystem Research Station of the Chinese Academy of Sciences has set up three observation sites in the grassland, lake surface and lakeside area of the Ngoring Lake basin, and carried out long-term monitoring of turbulence flux, radiation flux, conventional meteorological elements, soil water and heat, as well as irregular monitoring of atmospheric boundary layer and lake thermal processes. The data released this time were collected from three observation sites from 2012 to 2019, with a time resolution of 30 minutes. The data are composed of wind speed and direction, temperature, humidity, air pressure and precipitation data, four-component radiation data, multi-layer soil temperature and humidity and soil heat flux data, and turbulence data composed of sensible heat flux, and latent heat flux. This dataset includes the conventional meteorological data (Meteorology), soil data (SOIL) and turbulence data (Flux). The naming rule of the data in zip file is: (station name)-(data type)-(year).xlsx. These data can be widely used in the analysis of the characteristics of lake-atmosphere interaction on the Tibetan Plateau, evaluation and development of numerical simulation of lake and land surface processes in the Tibetan Plateau.
