PACTS Human-Validation Reconciliation: Release-Safe Derived Evidence

Release-safe derived evidence from recovered human-validation artifacts supporting a statement–critique linkage study. The package provides de-identified decision vectors, concordance calculations, artifact hashes, exclusions, and portable validation code. The retained Reviewer B artifact contains an adjudication pass; therefore, current A-versus-B agreement is not represented as a pure independently preserved pre-adjudication inter-rater reliability estimate. Among records with current reviewer agreement, consensus matched the corresponding historical reference label for 33/33 resolved V6 records and 7/7 resolved taxonomy records. One V6 record and one taxonomy record remained unresolved and were excluded without forced consensus.
