The effects of recombinant human GDF15 on Sympathetic Nervous System (SNS) signalling in skeletal muscle during the caloric restriction in mice. We then performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from tibialis anterior (TA) muscle of mice treated with vehicle, GDF15, or were pair-fed the same weight of food matched to GDF15 treatment group.
