This study sought to determine the role of Apolipoprotein E (ApoE) in mediating immune suppresion in pancreatic cancer. Our data show ApoE regulates T cell infiltration through NF-kB mediated Cxcl1 production. This dataset includes 7940b tumor cells derived from the KrasLSL-G12D/+; Trp53LSL-R172H/+; Pdx1-Cre (KPC) mouse model of pancreatic cancer treated with either vehicle or 0.3ug/mL of murine recombinant ApoE (rApoE). Vehicle (n=3) and rApoE (n=3).
