Dataset for: Optimizing HPV Vaccination Portfolios: MSM Targeting and Dose Efficiency in a Network-Centrality-Informed Agent-Based Modeling Study

Supplementary data and figures for an agent-based network modeling study of HPV16 transmission among men who have sex with men (MSM) and budget-constrained vaccine allocation. All results derive from a single calibrated agent-based model with two structural features: demographic aging (age-rolling turnover) and a fixed vaccine age-eligibility limit (18–26 years). The base-case study population is MSM aged 18–39, with the monthly base transmission risk calibrated to 0.190. Structural-sensitivity results are produced by toggling the age-rolling mechanism on this same model, and the extended-range scenario by widening the study population to 18–69 years. The archive contains: (1) the weighted synthetic MSM population used as simulation input; (2) statistical outputs behind the main figures and tables — structural-sensitivity results (per-run, summary with 95% CI, and strategy rankings), the fixed-budget strategy × dose sensitivity sweep, and the study age-range scenario comparison; and (3) supplementary calibration and validation figures (transmission-intensity calibration, HPV16 clearance-time validation, contact-network degree distribution, and spatial calibration), together with the structural-sensitivity, dose-sensitivity, and scenario-comparison figures. A README documents every file. No source code or author-identifying information is included. Built entirely from publicly available data.
