Characterization of the transmission dynamics and microevolution of multidrug resistant Mycobacterium tuberculosis Beijing family in high TB burden setting

The Mycobacterium tuberculosis strains in the Beijing family have evolved into different sequence types. This study analyses the WGS of BJ strains different sequence types to compare and propose why the change in sequence type is not equal or random and is there relation to virulence because there is some predominant sequence type occur naturally.
