To understand difference between SFZ cells and costal chondrocytes, total RNAs from SFZ cells and costal chondrocytes were analyzed by microarray. Overall design: Superficial zone cells of articular cartilage (SFZ) were prepared from femur and tibial joint of postnatal 4days ICR mice. Costal chondrocytes were prepared from ribs of postnatal 4days ICR mice. Total RNAs were analyzed by microarray using an Affymetrix Mouse Genome 430 2.0 Array.
