Genetic diversity and signature of divergence in the genome of grapevine clones of Southern Italy varieties_Campanian_clones

The VCF file includes the Campanian clones CAMAIOLA n. (n. 20), AGLIANICO LASCO (n.64), and GRECO B. (n. 24), genotyped by dd-RADseq approach.本变异检测格式文件（Variant Call Format，VCF）涵盖坎帕尼亚来源的三类克隆株系：卡马约拉（编号20）、阿利亚尼科·拉斯科（编号64）与格雷科B类（编号24），所有样本均通过双酶切限制性位点相关DNA测序（double digest restriction-site associated DNA sequencing，dd-RADseq）方法完成基因分型。
