Data and R code for "Non-kin adoption in the common vampire bat"

These files are the data and R code for analyzing a case of non-kin adoption in a captive colony of common vampire bats.<br>"rates_adoption.Rdata" are the data on allogrooming and food sharing rates among captive vampire bats. <br><br>"vamp_adoption.R" is the R script to analyze these data and visualize interaction rates through time.<br>
