Data: Subfamily based consensus PCR primers for herpesvirus detection

The data include consensus primers targeting different regions of herpesviral genome. The data was generated for the development of singleplex touchdown consensus PCR assays. The primers were designed using Geneious software (v11.1.5), and their sensitivity and specificity were evaluated with a variety of herpesviruses.

本数据集包含靶向疱疹病毒基因组不同区域的共识引物（consensus primers）。该数据集的构建目的为开发单重降落共识聚合酶链式反应（PCR）检测体系。所用引物通过Geneious软件（v11.1.5）设计完成，并借助多种疱疹病毒对其灵敏度与特异性开展了评估。
