The aim of this project is to develop advanced tools for the rapid monitoring of Bioaerosols in urban, agricultural and industrial environments. We are investigating methods based on both the metagenome of the bacterial bioaerosol community and the chemical markers (e.g. VOCs/bacterial lipids).
