Control and Tgfbr2 cKO Mouse Endometrial Epithelial Organoids +/- E2/MPA Treatment

Evaluate the changes in estrogen and progesterone response within the endometrial epithelium of mice with and without uterine Tgfbr2 expression. Overall design: Endometrial epithelial organoids from control and Tgfbr2 cKO mice were cultured for two days prior to treatment with either vehicle (6 days) or 10nM E2 (2 days) + 10 nM E2/1 µM MPA (4 days). After six days of treatment, organoids were collected in trizol and RNA was isolated for RNAseq.
