Piezoelectric measurements for the verification of piezoelectric algorithms

This repository contains data gathered from a series of tests conducted on piezoelectric stacks made out of plates manufactured by THORLABS company. Plates used for the experiment are marked as PA4HEW and PA4FEW. The data was aggregated using the added Aggregator.mlx Matlab script to make the data easily readable in the form of a graph of relation between registered displacement and modulation signal frequency.本仓库收录了针对由索雷博（THORLABS）公司生产的压电片制成的压电堆叠元件开展的一系列测试所采集到的数据。本实验所用压电片的型号为PA4HEW与PA4FEW。本数据集通过仓库附带的Aggregator.mlx Matlab脚本完成聚合处理，最终以记录位移与调制信号频率间关联关系的图表形式呈现，便于直观读取与分析。
