Over the past few decades, transferring the topological insulators to classical systems has posed a significant challenge due to the absence of Kramers degeneracy. Despite numerous attempts, achieving exact double degeneracy across the entire momentum space in classical systems remains elusive. In light of this, we propose a photonic geometry based on minimal surfaces that partitions the three-dimensional space into two congruent subspaces. Each subspace hosts a chiral topological semimetal with opposite topological charges but identical bulk bands, leading to the exact double degeneracy. Our work presents a new geometric framework for conceptualizing topological crystals via spatial partitioning.
