The Low Frequency Electromagnetic Wave Detector (LFEW) is a search-coil type three-component electromagnetic wave detector, with a frequency range from 8 Hz to 10 kHz in three frequency segments (8－100 Hz, 100－1000 Hz, and 1－10 kHz). It is designed to measure low frequency magnetic waves in different regions of the magnetosphere. This data set contains Double Star 2 LFEW prime parameters at spin resolution including the instrument status and the components of the wave spectral density parallel and perpendicular to the magnetic field in three frequency bands each.
