Territorial Plan of Provincial Coordination approved with Delib. C.P. of 10/01/2013 (BURT No 11 of 13/03/2013). The Charter represents: — the fields and resources, as defined in accordance with Regional Law No 78/1998 and identified by the Regional Plan of Extractive Activities of the Region of Tuscany (PRAER), divided into: sector 1 — materials for industrial uses, for construction and civil works, as defined in Article 2(a) of Regional Law No 78/1998; sector 2 — ornamental materials, defined as such in Article 2(b) of Law 78/98 and ‘historical’ materials, that is to say, of particular importance both in the placement of Tuscan stones in construction and art and for monumental restoration; — the quarries, identified on the basis of the census edited by the University Centre for Cultural Heritage (CABEC), and classified in: existing; disused; historical.
