MNE (digital elevation model) from LiDAR — SCoT Lille Metropole and MEL — 2018

The 2018 MNE was produced from LiDAR data. The right-of-way of this product covers the boundaries of the Territorial Coherence Scheme (SCoT) in application in the municipalities forming part of the MEL, the Community of Communes de la Haute Deûle (5 communes south of the metropolitan territory) and the Community of Communes Pévèle Carembault (38 municipalities south-east of the metropolitan territory). In addition, this right-of-way slightly exceeds this administrative limit, allowing data on the border area to the northwest and north-east of the present metropolitan territory, as well as the adjacent territories, over 2 to 8 kms outside the limits of the SCoT.
