Activity-induced gene expression and long-range enhancer-promoter contacts in cohesin-deficient neurons with BDNF

RNA-seq of total RNA from RAD21-TEV depleted and expressing cortical neurons at day in vitro (DIV11) without stimulation or after treatment with BDNF (10ng/ml) for 30 or 120 minutes. Minimum of three replicates were used in each condition RNA-seq was performed on total RNA from DIV11 cortical dissociated neurons. Neurons were left without stimulation or treated with BDNF (50ng/ml) for either 30 or 120 minutes where indicated.
