Replication Data and Appendix for: "Hysteresis parameters and magnetic anisotropy of silica-hosted magnetite inclusions"

Collection of all particles from two micrometer sized cubes of plagioclase and pyroxene extracted with FIB-SEM nanotomography from the Bushveld intrusion, South Africa. The particles is represented by pre processed and smoothed stereo-lithography files (STL) and all particle parameters are described in excel spreadsheets. The raw particles are supplemented as complete clusters (Plag_Meshes.stl and OPX_Meshes.stl) and can be subdivided at own discretion. The dimensions for each individual mesh is that was used to generate the final results for this particular study is presented in "OPX_stl_B16.csv" and "Plag_stl_B16.csv". The results in "OPX_B16.csv" and "Plag_B16.csv" is generated and can be replicated by solidification (Iso2mesh) - conversion to patran (gitbash) and modeled using the three dimensional micromagnetic code MERRILL at room temperature in 20 different field directions.
These results are used in the paper to compare single crystal bulk hysteresis with micromagnetic calculations from first principle to identify the primary remanence carriers by calculating the Mrs/Ms, Hc, remanence vectors and susceptibility of remanence.
