采用Sox1驱动的Cre重组酶对Floxed EED纯合子小鼠进行基因敲除,以在神经发生过程中去除组蛋白H3赖氨酸27三甲基化(H3K27me3);针对解剖分离的前脑与脊髓组织开展批量RNA测序(bulk RNAseq),并将野生型对照小鼠与EED条件性敲除(EED-cKO)小鼠的测序结果进行对比分析。
