Supplemental Figure 1. Longitudinal reddish-brown band with very discrete hyperkeratosis of the lateral sulcus of the nail unit in a young male. His partner had conization for cervical dysplasia with human papillomavirus infection, a procedure in which part of the cervix is removed due to cervical dysplasia. Mohs micrographic surgery confirmed a superficial epidermoid carcinoma. The tumor was positive for HPV 56, supporting genital-digital transmission.
Supplemental Figure 2. Nail unit squamous cell carcinoma management algorithm.
Supplemental Table 1. Differential diagnosis for nail unit squamous cell carcinoma.
Supplemental Table 2. Distinguishing features of nail unit squamous cell carcinoma vs. nail unit keratoacanthoma.
