Whole exome sequencing on patients with extramedullary multiple myeloma

Extramedullary multiple myeloma (EMM) is an aggressive type of multiple myeloma with few effective treatment options. There is an urgent need to explore its pathogenesis and find suitable therapeutic targets. We conducted whole exome sequencing on EMM patients to identify gene mutations associated with EMM.
