This dataset contains the de novo unigene transcriptome assembly of the two-spot cotton leafhopper, Amrasca biguttula. The assembly was generated using Trinity v2.15.1 from 12 paired-end RNA-seq libraries representing early-instar nymphs, late-instar nymphs, adult females, and adult males. The longest transcript isoform per Trinity gene was retained, and sequences shorter than 300 bp were excluded.
