Replication Package for: Climate Risk and Firm Exploratory and Exploitative InnovationThis replication package contains the data and code for the study "Climate Risk disclosure, Cross-Regional Capital Flow, and Corporate Dual Innovation" examining how climate risk affects firm exploratory and exploitative innovation strategies.The dataset includes processed firm-level data from Chinese listed companies (2010-2024) with comprehensive financial, patent, and climate risk measures. All empirical results in the published paper can be reproduced using the provided materials.<br>CONTENTS:- analysis_data.dta: Processed firm-level dataset containing all variables for empirical analysis-code1.do: Complete Stata code to reproduce all tables, figures, and results<br>DATA SOURCES:Original data were obtained from commercial databases:- CSMAR (China Stock Market & Accounting Research) database: firm financial data and patent applications- CPDP (Chinese Patent Data Platform): climate-related disclosures and text data- Additional databases: firm geographic coordinates, government procurement, environmental penalties<br>KEY VARIABLES:- Innovation Measures: Exploratory innovation (Explor_Innov1, Explor_Innov2) and exploitative innovation (Exploit_Innov1, Exploit_Innov2)- Climate Risk: Text-based climate risk measure (climate) and physical climate risk indicators- Control Variables: Firm size, leverage, profitability, growth, governance, ownership structure- Instrumental Variables: ENSO-based climate instruments (iv1) Population density（iv2）- Moderating Variables: financial slack, cross-regional investment<br>REPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS:1.
