We experimentally manipulated ant presence on the extrafloral nectar–bearing plant Senna rugosa (Fabaceae). And monitored ant activity, herbivore abundance, and several reproductive traits, including bud, flower, and seed production, as well as seed weight, throughout a full growing season.
