资源简介:
This dataset, “siteSR: AquaMatch Landsat Collection 2 surface reflectance and surface temperature datasets for remote-sensing visible Water Quality Portal and National Water Information System sites in the United States and territories, 1983-2024”, is a component of an update to AquaSat (Ross et al., 2019): AquaSat version 2 (“v2”). The overarching purpose of AquaSat v2 is to emphasize the individual parts of the AquaSat pipeline that make up the matchups between satellite and in situ measurements. This data release focuses on the Landsat Collection 2 Surface Reflectance and Surface Tempearture record for remote-sensing visible sites (n = 395,307) from the Water Quality Portal, National Water Information System, AquaMatch harmonized chlorophyll a (Brousil, et al. 2024), Secchi disc depth (De La Torre, et al. 2025), dissolved organic carbon (Brousil, et al. 2025), and total suspended solids (Brousil, et al. 2025) data products in surface water from the Water Quality Portal. Landsat data were acquired using Google Earth Engine (Gorelick, 2017) in Python programming language and filtered to meet minimum quality thresholds in R programming language. Additional documentation for this data product can be found at https://aquasat.github.io/AquaMatch_lakeSR/. Brousil, M.R., M.F. Meyer, K. Willi, B.G. Steele, J. De La Torre, and M.R. Ross. 2024.
