Untargeted LC-MS Urine Metabolomics Dataset of Children with Autism Spectrum Disorder Before and After Gluten-Free Modified Ketogenic Diet Intervention

This dataset contains the raw untargeted LC-MS urine metabolomics data generated from urine samples collected from children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and neurotypical controls. The dataset includes only the raw LC-MS instrument files used for metabolomic analysis. Processed data, peak tables, metabolite annotations, and statistical analyses are not included in this dataset and are available in the associated publication or upon reasonable request.
