Quarry LES of the ARM LASSO SGP shallow-cumulus case of 14 September 2018 (M2, Deardorff SGS): cloud and profile history
收藏资源简介:
Model output of the Hoosier Model's Quarry dynamical core in large-eddy-simulation mode for the ARM LASSO shallow-cumulus case at the Southern Great Plains site on 14 September 2018 (the "M2" configuration: 64 × 64 columns at 100 m spacing, 226 levels to 14.8 km, doubly periodic, Deardorff subgrid TKE closure; run fix683_64_deardorff, model commit 1fab0576e). It is the input of the Hoosier Model test tests/unit/test_validation_docs_quarry_les_lasso_sgp.py::test_the_real_run_reduces_when_archived and of the validation page generated by src/hoosier_model/validation_docs/quarry_les_lasso_sgp.py. Contents. One gzip-compressed tar, quarry_lasso_m2_fix683_64_deardorff.tar.gz (SHA-256 df6a60be0c1c4dc876c1df27c43793c056248d55b3cf5afd1056230a1e318120), holding 185 files of the run directory fix683_64_deardorff/, byte-identical to the originals (each member was checked against its source file by SHA-256): history/*.cloud3d.*.nc (90 files, 10-minute output): 3-D cloud liquid water mixing ratio qc and dry-air density rhod; history/*.profiles.*.nc (90 files): horizontal-mean profiles and scalar diagnostics; history/cloud3d.manifest.json, history/profiles.manifest.json: the history streams' manifests; config.yaml (the run configuration), measurements.jsonl and benchmark.jsonl (run logs). The run's 3-D snapshot stream and its kernel cache are not included; the reducer does not read them. Extract the archive under <root>/quarry_les_runs/lasso/m2/runs/; the Hoosier Model's external-data registry does this itself. The simulation is driven by the ARM LASSO forcing for this case; please also cite Gustafson, W. I., et al.
