Research on the Measurement Methods and System of Thermal Shrinkage of Film

Film thermal shrinkage rate is one of the most important indicators for evaluating film quality characteristics. Enterprises needs advanced film thermal shrinkage detection technology and equipment to ensure the product quality. In order to control the quality of the film and improve the rapidity and accuracy of the measurement results of the film heat shrinkage rate, a new method for measuring the film heat shrinkage rate based on machine vision technology is proposed. At the same time, according to the principle and process of film thermal shrinkage measurement, the key factors are analyzed, and the automatic film thermal shrinkage measurement system is designed using machine vision technology and negative pressure adsorption method. In order to verify the performance of the newly designed thin film thermal shrinkage rate automatic measurement system, experimental testing and data analysis were carried out on the system. The results show that the designed automatic measurement system for film thermal shrinkage has the characteristics of high accuracy, good repeatability and fast speed, which can meet the testing needs of enterprises.
