Access-Gap Reproducibility Bundle — Cross-Institutional Comparison Outcomes for 150 Deployed Pediatric Pathways (CodeBluePediatrics)

Reproducibility bundle for the pediatric decision-support access-gap measurement. It contains the per-pathway cross-institutional comparison outcome table for 150 deployed pediatric clinical pathways from the CodeBluePediatrics project (access_gap_outcomes.csv: condition, Phase-4 outcome, comparator count), a deterministic script that regenerates it from the pathway-file headers (build_outcomes_csv.py), and a summary (access_gap_reproducibility.md). It reproduces the headline finding, 43 of 150 deployed pathways (28.7%) coded NO_SOURCE_FOUND, meaning no comparable publicly documented peer-institution pathway was found, without access to the proprietary pipeline. Outcome tally: MATCH 89, MINOR_DIFFERENCES 18, NO_SOURCE_FOUND 43. No patient data and no per-institution detail are included; the CodeBluePediatrics system itself is not released.
