We report the development of a novel 3D human induced pluipotent stem cell derived neural-glial coculture model of tauopathy and identify pathways associated with pathogenesis by 10X 3' V3 single cell RNA sequencing. 3D human induced pluripotent stem cell derived neurons exposed to oligomeric tau and glial cells were co-cultured with and without PU-H71 drug treatment. 10X 3' V3 single-cell RNA sequencing was performed at 1, 2, and 3 week timepoints.
