To systematically search for biochemical determinants of whole-genome 3D architecture, we developed in-plate chromosome conformation capture (Plate-C) and obtained 1,240 DNA structural profiles from human and mouse cells (including post-mitotic neurons) treated with a library of 157 epigenetic compounds. Plate-C data was supplemented with 6,081 single-cell 3D genome profiles from the newborn mouse brains treated with an HDAC inhibitor, as well as 3 bulk Dip-C reactions, 34 bulk RNA-seq reactions, and 200,893 single-cell transcriptome profiles.
