Microeukaryotic diversity in a Swedish stream–lake network

This dataset contains 18S rRNA gene and transcript amplicon sequences from freshwater microeukaryotic communities sampled across a connected stream–lake network in central Sweden. Samples were collected from lake pelagic zones and various stream types (e.g., inlet and outlet streams) under contrasting hydrological regimes in the catchment area.
