Foliar functional and genetic variation in a keystone Hawaiian tree species estimated through spectroscopy

Leaf spectra of Metrosideros polymorpha genotypes grown in a greenhouse. 

The first number in the file name is the plant number, and the last is the leaf number. The letter represents the genotype: {G: glaberrima, I: incana from Hawaii Island, OI: incana from Oahu, N: newellii, P: polymorpha}. Two letters represent a hybrid between two varieites. The chems folder includes leaf chemistry data estimated from leaf spectra.
